SHIPPING POLICY
Carriers
The delivery service URDET SL, is in collaboration with different logistics operators of acknowledged prestige mainly Integrated, Mail Boxes, UPS and TNT. Orders will not be PO boxes, hotels or other non-permanent addresses.

Transport costs
The cost of shipping is not included in the price of the Products. At the time of acquisition of the product, the user will be informed of the exact shipping cost. Note that if the order amount exceeds 150 euros before VAT, shipping will be free. Currently our online store can ship to our customers in Spain, France, Italy, Germany, Belgium, England and Portugal.

Delivery time
To deliver on Spain and on weekdays; Orders received Monday through Thursday before 12:00 pm will be delivered in about 48 hours.
Orders received from Thursday to Sunday, will be sent on Monday, therefore, delivery will be effective from Tuesday and Wednesday.

To deliver on; France, Italy, Germany, Belgium, England and Portugal, the delivery time is 4-5 days (business days).

For all destinations, in times of summer holidays or Christmas delivery days may increase because transport services are delayed.

PROCEDURE AND PAYMENT
Within a maximum period of twenty-four (24) hours, URDET SL send an email to the user confirming the purchase. The email will assign a reference code of the purchase, and detailed product features, price, shipping costs and details of the various options regarding the payment thereof to URDET SL
URDET, S.L.. will file the electronic documents formalizing the purchase, with a copy to the User. The documentation will be held in the Spanish language.

Way to pay
In the shop there are two different forms of payment: PayPal Virtual POS and

TPV Virtual
The advantage is that the Virtual POS is a secure web transaction processing credit card payments. When the customer’s virtual store will make payment for purchased product is connected to the Virtual TPV of Banco Sabadell which performs on-line operation, requesting authorization to the bank issuing the card. Once the transaction is completed, the Virtual POS informs both the buyer and the trading result and returns control to the store. RETURN POLICY
The user has the right to cancel the purchase or to request a change due to receiving defective product.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The user has a right of withdrawal for which he may contact URDET SL via e-mail at the following address: urdet@urdet.com and waive the purchase within a period not exceeding five (5) working days from receipt of the Product. The Product should be sent together with the form duly completed return and a copy of the delivery note or invoice, duly completed by the client running the direct cost of returning the item. Which it should be performed in accordance with the instructions URDET SL to the User in response to notification of exercise of withdrawal. The User must return the Product within the maximum term of two (2) days URDET SL showing how they return.

Refund of the amount paid: The waiver involves the refund of the amount paid. For this, the customer must indicate on the return sheet the number and holder of the credit card to which URDET SL It should make the refund. Once the products in our store and passed the necessary checks or return the product or paid-in capital will be made. The term for this refund shall be as prescribed in the Act.

Exceptions. You can not exercise the right of withdrawal when the Product is not returned in its original packaging and when the Product is not in perfect condition.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
If the delivered product is defective, the client must notify URDET, SL in within 48 hours, so that the product is immediately replaced by another equally. The costs of collection and new product shipment will be charged to URDET SL

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
User acknowledges that all elements of the Store and of each of the products, information and material contained therein, trademarks, structure, selection, arrangement and presentation of content, and computer programs used in relation with them, they are protected by intellectual and industrial property own URDET SL, or third parties, and that the General Conditions do not confer such rights on intellectual property any other rights than those specifically covered thereof .

Unless it was authorized by URDET, SL, or possibly by other owners of the corresponding rights, or unless it is legally permitted, the User may not reproduce, alter, modify, disassemble, reverse engineer, distribute, rent, lend, make available or allow public access through any form of public communication of any of the elements mentioned in the previous paragraph. The User must use the materials, elements and information that you access through the use of the shop only for their own needs, agreeing not to make any direct or indirect commercial exploitation of materials, elements and information obtained through the same.

DATA PROTECTION

In compliance with the law on personal data protection, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (RGPD), Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13 (LOPD) and Royal Decree 1720/2007 of development of the LOPD, we inform you that your personal data and other information provided by the registration form, as well as the proceeding from other transactions made will be included and kept in a file for processing, property of URDET SL , as long as its cancellation is not requested. The treatment will be destined to the development and execution of sales, a personalized attention, and to the improvement of our customer service, as well as to the promotion of our products and services provided by companies linked to URDET S.L.

The data will not be communicated to THIRD PARTIES, except by legal obligation, nor will any international transfer be made without your prior consent. You (the user) may at any time exercise the rights of access, rectification, portability and deletion of data and limitations and opposition to its treatment by addressing URDET SL located at C. The answers marked with * in the registration form are mandatory. Your answer not prevent you from making the purchase of the selected products.

PASSWORD
URDET, SL, will facilitate the use of personal passwords to users who register as such on the website. These passwords used for access to services provided through the Web Site. The user must maintain under his sole responsibility passwords in strict and absolute confidentiality, assuming, therefore, any damages or consequences of any kind arising from the breach or disclosure of the secret. For security reasons, the password telematic services linked to the Website may be modified at any time by the user. The User agrees to notify URDET SL immediately of any unauthorized use of your password and access by unauthorized parties to it.

COOKIES
URDET, S.L.. uses cookies to improve their services, easier navigation, maintain security, check user identity, facilitate access to personal preferences and monitoring the use of the Store. Cookies are files installed on the computer hard drive or in the browser memory in the folder configured by the operating system of the computer user to identify files.

If the user decides to disable cookies, quality and speed of service can reduce and even lose access to some of the services offered in the Store.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These general conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from the performance that might arise concerning the validity, interpretation, performance or termination of this contract shall be submitted to the Jurisdiction of the Courts of Solsona, Lleida, waiving any privilege that may apply to user, provided that the applicable law allows.
