Our Wild Mushrooms Mix offers a variety of six mushrooms: saffron milk cap (lactarius deliciosus), oyster mushroom (pleurotus ostreatus), golden nameko (pholiota nameko), nameko closed hat (pholiota nameko), stropharia (stropharia rugosoannulata), and shiitake (lentinus edodes).
