Summer Truffle

Food of the earth. Our Summer Truffle (Tuber Aestivum) is traditionally and carefully selected, processed and packaged. Its growing season begins from summer until early fall.

Its color is blackish brown and his flesh is compact. Unlike the black truffle, is light-colored inside, being equally black on the outside, with large pyramidal warts.

Hightly recommeded with meat, eggs and sauces.
