Fairy Ring Dried Mushooms

Dried Fairy Ring mushrooms (Marasmius erodes), without preservatives or colorings.

It is highly appreciated for its slightly sweet aroma and almonds flavor. It is considered among ´connoisseurs´ as an excellent edible mushrooms.

The Fairy Ring Mushoom is skinny and fragile, has a little fleshy hat from 1 to 4 cm in diameter, hazelnut or cream, separated whitish or hazelnut and very narrow foot fibrous sheets, it is not broken by twisting.

Marasmius oreades grows throughout North America and Europe, in the spring, summer and autumn, but you can find all year in temperate climates
